It was a pretty drive this morning. It snowed overnight and was still snowing a bit here and there on my way in. But it's been so warm over the past couple of weeks that it was only sticking to the trees and to cars, not to the roads. Combine that with the low-lying clouds on my hilly drive to work, and it was pretty in a wet, dreary sort of way. ( Read more... )

Well, there's been a change of plans. They wouldn't let me stay in Frosty's hospital room overnight because she has a roommate and there are privacy protection issues or some lame thing like that. Well, here I am, sitting in a hospital waiting room using the owner of my company's laptop and his cellular internet connection to make a Livejournal post. HAH! It's the perks of being the company's IT person, y'see... :)
